Understand that for TD Ameritrade Singapore I should do a DBS/POSB fund deposit. However, does anyone know if is free to do withdrawal back to DBS/POSB, the $25 wire transfer is omitted?

Wire fee is charged by the clearing bank. So let's say you wish to withdraw 1k USD, you need to specify the wire fee in the amount you wish to withdraw from your Td account i.e 1025

Most brokers have a withdrawal fee actually, it’s good enough that TDA doesn’t have a deposit fee and is commission free on stocks!
