29F, job-hopped for 11 times in a span of 4 years.
Struggle to get along with colleagues, struggle to get off bed in the morning. Struggle with my mental health depression, anxiety, overthinking, sensitive and being defensive. Defensive cus I got bullied before in a company before and not gonna be bullied again.
Well to be fair, 9 out of 11 are toxic workplaces.
Psychologist too expensive, $200 for 1 hour, and have to go thru many many sessions.
Psychiatrist, I'm taking medicine for 1 year plus now.
It kinda helps, but not much.
Really, lost.
Tried to unalive myself but unsuccessful attempt, resulted only in making loved ones worried and sad about me. Spouse keep my sleeping pill to prevent me from overdosing to unalive myself.
So he only give when I need it.
Any advices on how to stay in a job for at least 2 yrs?
In my current mental state, I'm not fit to be an entreprenuer either. Tho I know that I get to set my own working hours..

It sounds like you might need to take some time off work to rest, heal and take care of your health first. It's okay to press 'pause' first to rest and look after yourself, to find your strength and renew your motivation to keep going.
Noticed that you mentioned psychologist service is too expensive, you can also look for free counselling services too if you're keen. Talking to someone about the pain you've experienced at work and processing them could be helpful for your situation.

Ure lucky to always been selected to join the co aft every intvw.while some were depressed as thet failed in mamy intvw attempts.racism still exists everywhere.for a female and if u dont belong to the minority group,u shuld be thankful for u can job hop till u reach 100.
