Is there any broker that allow us to do DCA monthly/quaterly for investing ETF CSPX or IWDA with small capital?

Since (just for example) TD Ameritrade Singapore branch also cuts

the trading costs to 0.00 USD from Monday 03.08.2020

You could also buy the zero fee U.S. domiciled altenative ETFs (f.ex. VOO, VT with them, which often have lower annual TER. Dividend taxation of course is higher than for Your Ireland domiciled ones.

That monthly buying could be stretched to semi-annually
