Is Nikko AM ARK like a typical funds of funds structure? hence making it more expensive than buying direct into the ETFS

Nikko AM ARK is structured as an unit trust. It directly invests in similar stocks in ARKK ETF.

TER is 1.64% for Nikko AM ARK and 0.75% for ARKK ETF. So, Nikko AM ARK is cheaper at the fund level fees.

However, there is commission and regulatory fees for ARKK, and you can buy Nikko AM ARK thru zero-fees platforms (such as POEMS, dollarDEX).
