Is it wise to buy an EC during launch? Or wait for a few months for pricing to drop.

Looking at specifically the new launch Tenet EC at tampinese. Most property agents are saying that we should buy during launch because that's mostly the best price we will see. I would like to gather your feedback and thoughts on this statement! Thanks :)
