HDB resale transactions spike 127.3% in Q3 after end of COVID-19 circuit breaker and the prices have increased at fastest pace in 8 years and are expected to continue rising.
The fast turnaround in the property market could be have been fuelled by the aggressive stimulus packages to weather the economic fallout of the pandemic.
It is likely that some of the demand could have been drawn from the long waiting period for the BTO market as well.
