Many employers of scale would require shortlisted candidates to have medical check-up before confirming the job offer. Unless illness is life-threatening and/or needed to handle with care, most employers will still proceed with the job offer when medical results showed anomalies. Nevertheless, honesty is the best policy. Adults having ideal health, are rare nowadays. Alternatively, you could seek WSG for career assistance.

If it wouldn't affect you completing your work/won't have to keep taking time off for medical appointments etc then shouldn't be something to worry about
