It is legal for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs) to hold two full-time jobs.
There's no law against it, and the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) even issued an advisory in 2020 encouraging employers to be flexible during the pandemic, allowing employees to take on second jobs.

Yes it is generally legal unless there is a conflict of interest. But some companies might need you to declare. Have to look at your company HR policies or yr employment contract.
