Is it a wise choice to get a resale HDB at Commonwealth that costs between 700 to 750k if we can afford it?

My Fiancee and I are looking to get a resale HDB and we really like commonwealth location. It cost about 700k to 750k. We are able to afford it, but question is, is it a wise choice? Intending to stay for at least 10 to 15 years.

It really depends what value u derive from this property. Only u can weigh how much the location is worth to u. Eg. some choose the location because it is close to parents, or work place etc.

What would be the alternatives u are comparing against? BTO, private condo?
