I'm 25y/o this year and working in the construction industry with a construction management degree. I don't have any related financial background but thinking of switching my career path. Is CFA Level 1 hard to find a job now? And what's the salary for entry level? Is there any other suggestions path to switch career as a financial analyst or investment analyst? Thank you for all the replies!

It's either full CFA (Lv 3) or MBA. Lv1 wouldn't get you anywhere but to show you have some interest in Finance.

I think getting a certificate can definitely boost your credentials but the key is in hiring, you always need to know who can give you the job. Regardless of your education or certificate. It is who you know who can give you a job. As for cross industry, it is never easy but never give up. If you love it, you will go for it and make it happen. Networking is always key to everything. Lastly, everything takes time so got to keep heart and keep on going.
