I am 35 years old and I have not accomplished anything in my career that I deem as successful. Yes, I earn enough to survive but should I make a change in a career now or stick to what I am doing?

What would you deem as successful? Think about what you'd like to achieve and how you can get there. If you don't feel like you have succeeded in the present job, are there things you can do to level up? If not, would your skills and talents be better used somewhere else?

A career switch can be tempting when you're stuck in a loop in your current role. Try to invest time beyond your work into potential fields you might be keen in and start reading up / attending courses before you take the leap.
