Depending on which one is more Important to you

So basically, they are giving you about 3+ months bonus per year but delaying the payout.

I say go for career switch (and potentially immediate increment)

Then i guess the logical question is still on what is 1 year of bonus pay equivalent to? can you potentially earn that amount back or close to, after 3 years of new career experience?

the rational question is, do you want to work just for the sake of money, or do you want to pursue your interest with money as a secondary goal?

the yolo question is, can you afford to wait? what can potentially happen 3 years later?
