Hey Anon! I personally don't think being in your 30s is too late to do a career switch! You would probably have some experience in terms of soft skills in your current or previous jobs that would be useful in the industry that you want to switch to. This gives you an edge against other candidates such as fresh graduates. Be sure to educate yourself in terms of the necessary hard skills that you would need and whether this career switch is something that you want and would not be obsolete over the next 10 years or so. Your 30s is certainly not too late. It's not late to start a new career, or even to start your own business.
