Is 1M65 too slow? How I hit $1.5M at age 52.

Hi Seedly community! Just wanted to share my journey as a 1974 baby. I managed to accumulate $1.53M in my CPF net worth by treating my OA/SA as a bond and using Cash for housing.

I’ve broken down the exact stocks and funds I used in my article below. Hope this inspires the younger ones to start topping up early!

My income is not high like what other peers my age are earning and I am currently drawing only $5.5K. I’m 35 and I like this strategy that you are sharing. But is it too late for me to get 1M65 now?

I'll be turning 30 this year and my goal is to slow down in life when i hit 45. Currently i have 40k+ investments, insurance. I'm able to set aside $300/mth to investments.

I m 72 yrs and my RSS is due to end in 4 yrs. I m undecide d if i shd consider topping with cash to receive payout of $2k a mth for 10 yrs. Joining CPF LIFEwd not benefit me at my age. Btw, i m lookin?

Couple 47 this year, just fully paid our private property (worth ~SGD 2.0M) and years ago, HDB (~SGD 0.5M). Hit our CPF > FRS and cash savings about SGD 0.5M. What should we invest on? no decoupling.
