Couple 47 this year, just fully paid our private property (worth ~SGD 2.0M) and years ago, HDB (~SGD 0.5M). Hit our CPF > FRS and cash savings about SGD 0.5M. What should we invest on? no decoupling.

As conservative investors. ~5% gain each year, beside S&P 500
