IBKR charges around ~USD0.50-0.65 per contract with a minimum of USD1 min. per order. Moomoo charges around USD0.65 per contract with a minimum of USD1.99 per order. I also believe they have a small platform fee on top of that.
However, I think the bigger issue here is that IBKR is better designed for options functionality. As far as I know, even covered calls (which is a relatively simple strategy) was recently introduced in beta testing for moomoo. So if you intend to do the wheel or more complex strats like spreads, IBKR is definitely more capable of handling your options.
