Interactive Brokers vs FSMone on ETFs?

Hi, guys i kinda new here.

My ETFs are currently at DollarDex. (low products range & arrogant customer service). I am currently thinking of switching to other platform for my ETFs. the 2 i am looking at are IB & FSMone. but i cannot really understand their fees.
