Hi,
β
You do need to look at the coverages, coverage sum and most importantly claim based pricing portion. Because it will affect your premium if you've made a claim and how long to pay the claim pricing.

When choosing an Integrated Shield Plan (IP), there are a few factors to consider:
1. Coverage: Look at the coverage provided by the plan. Consider if it covers private hospitals, class of wards, and if there are any limits on coverage.
Premiums: Compare the premiums of different plans. Make sure the premium is affordable for you in the long term.
Insurer's Reputation: Check the reputation and customer service record of the insurance company offering the plan.
Additional Benefits: Some plans offer additional benefits such as outpatient coverage, maternity benefits, or dental coverage. Consider if these are important to you.
MediSave Coverage: Check how much of the premiums can be paid using MediSave. Different plans may have different coverage limits using MediSave.

It's best to research and compare different plans based on these factors to choose the one that best suits your needs and budget.
