People can teach you soft skills and how it is used.
But your personality will influence the effectiveness of the soft skills. Not everyone can use it, and not everyone is suited.
What is easier is to understand by reading "How to win friends and Inflence people" and adopt some of the ways you can use that suits your personality.

Felicia: Yes, more than half of the courses on SkillsFuture are very technical, but if you really look into a specific soft skill, you would still be able to find them on SkillsFuture. Don't limit yourself to just the SkillsFuture courses - you could attend trainings or workshops from professional trainers and some of them are even available online. If you would like to improve your soft skills, you should also start personally too. Read up, learn and start practising. I would recommend learning from practitioners who have past experience on these soft skills - that is the fastest and best way for you to learn. If you want to accelerate your learning, get someone experienced to mentor and coach you.
