Communication ability and fit!

Comms because being able to deliver an idea and make it easily understood and intuitive is something I see many need but rarely present.

Fit - being able to fit into the team and make them like you.

I believe that discipline and intrinsic motivation will be two key factors.

Firstly, you need discipline and be organised on the work that you do for your company.

Secondly, being motivated without external factors ensures your longevity in the work that you do.
