Hi all, recently i have purchase only SEA stock and i received this notification.
Account **** recently traded a position in the following American Depository Receipt (ADR).

Can i know whats is this and am i charged one time based (on top of comission) per trade?

I believe it's a periodic fee to pay the banks/brokers that support these ADRs and allow them to trade on US exchanges. But the good news is that generally the fee is only $0.01-$0.03 per share so for SE it shouldn't add up to too much?
