I’ve around $200k sgd( cash plus cpf OA) and 28 single this year. Should I buy a $500-650k condo? Any recommendations on condo area?

Choosing the location of your home will really depend on your needs and lifestyle. Do you prefer a quieter neighbourhood that's a bit further from the city or would you like to be near it? This amount cant get a good 1br condo. Either too old or "ulu".
So if u cant get a good 1, dont buy.
In general, buy at RCR area, near mrt, shopping mall, less than 4 years old. Mid to high floor.
Faster get marry, then combined income can buy a good condo or go for new EC.
