28 Singaporean planning to return to SG very soon - was living in UK for studies&work. Managed to save about 100-150k SGD in cash. Planning to buy a house in ~3 years where should I put my money? CPF?

Currently have about 2k in my CPF, wondering wheres the best place to put my money. where can I grow my money the most? thanks for the help in advance! πŸ™‚

Relatively short term can head to T-bills

Depends on what house you're getting then you'll know the budget needed. Hdb with a partner vs private condo is different amount

You need to take higher risk to earn more. Why not put half half into ETF and SSB/T-bill. You have short term liquidity and long term investment in this way. Thats assuming you will be working in Singapore and contributing to CPF too.

UOB One if you want the fund to be liquid. If not T-bills 6 months if you do not need to use the fun...
