I'm interesting in a rewards card from Amex. Would you recommend the Rewards card or Person card? They seem very similar

Hi there,

I think you meant Personal Card cause there is no "Person" card.

Rewards Card is a credit card while the Personal Card is a charge card, meaning you have to pay in full every time you receive your statement.

Personal Card will be a better choice in my humble opinion if you pay in full every month (wich you should) since you earn more points than the Rewards Card and it covers more spending areas.

For Rewards Card, the plus point would be if you have 5 specific places that you spend a lot on a monthly basis. Otherwise, the points earn rate is slightly inferior.
