I have tried creating an account with Gemini a few days back, and till now it is still trying to verify my identify?

Dear all, I have tried creating an account with Gemini a few days back, and till now it is still trying to verify my identify. I am writing this to check with any new users who are also experiencing the same as me?

In addition, I went over to their social media and saw a lot of people were complaining over the lack of customer service support (CSS) and that their CSS is a bot, and that they have been waiting for weeks or months for a reply from the Company but to no avail.

(and some important issues are pertaining to funding which are not credited into their account.)

Hence, I like to seek your opinions on this, and also what will be the next best platform to use? Thanks!

Hi, with the recent craze in Crypto, Gemini signups are taking longer than usual. I signed up a long time ago and it took 1 day to be approved.

My friend signed up recently on the 17th April, he got approved on the 20th April. So about 4 days. The customer service has been a bit slow not gonna lie but I haven't had to contact them besides helping my friend ask why it's taking so long. The platform hasn't hicupped on me yet.

Funding wise, you can fund with SGD using FAST and withdrawals are through Xfers which take like 15 minutes to clear into your bank account anytime of the day.
