I'm still seeing $0 when I tried to withdraw from Tiger Brokers to my bank account even though I sold my US shares and converted back to SGD?

I'm still seeing withdrawal amount of $0 when I tried to withdraw to my bank account. Sold my US shares >1 month back, converted to SGD but still see $0. Do I have to do something else?

After 2 working day of currency change, my account still same seeing S$30, i converted usd to sgd was S$145. how come not exact value?
