Wont recommend you to sell at a loss now. STI is not bad per se, it is just not as good as many global ETFs out there. Keep what you have and explore other options.

Yes cancel completely investing into STI, invest periodically into MSCI World ETF with best broker currently TD Ameritrade Singapore branch (= zero fees & reliable)
