You can continue to course to DCA over the long time since you seem to be following boglehead 2 etf funds allocation method. (One global and one local etf) But if your time horizon is too short, then it will not matter and i will suggest you to buy SSB or fixed deposit instead. You seem to be short off MBH to cover local bonds?

Wont go wrong with IWDA, your Unit Trusts are fine, well spreaded out across different assets. STI is the laggard here. I see tons of funds daily and STI is the one that is still having negative return (adjusted for dividends) from current quarter to date. My take is to reduce your position in STI once you have break even, and allocate more capital to IWDA or other global ETFs.
