Depends on the cashflow that would contribute to your saving in 6 months time. Assuming you save $2000/month, your cash saving would be $67K. Taking that to be your 25% down-deposit (assuming no cpf as there is no information), the "cheapest" condo you can get is in the range of $268K~. I don't think there is condo of that range.
