I bought this 4room HDB, near Ponggol Park, way back (est 40 years ago) bought with gov subsidy, should I sell and buy BTO or resale in a newer estate like Sengkang?

YOu bought with grant.

So now you'll need to factor in Resale levy if you were to buy a BTO from government agian.

To know if you should buy resale or not again, need more info on what's your life stage, intention and purpose.
