I have just came back to Singapore for good and planning to look for a resale HDB flat to buy near Tiong Bahru Market. I did some research is not a good time now, should I wait next year?

I think no harm just continuing to keep a look out and researching - if you find something within your budget you should just get it, no point timing the market if it's something you need (like a place to live) :)

• Price will keep increasing.
• Just make sure, u dont overpaid for a flat.
