I am most probably going to cancel my travel plans due to COVID-19 but does GrabInsure cover?

So with the COVID-19 situation as it is now, they are prepared to cancel your policy or give a full refund as long as the cancellation of your policy is done before the policy start date and that no claims has been made under the trip cancellation benefit.

While if you change your travel plans and decide to postpone it, they are prepared to change your policy to your new travel date and destination (but within the same geographical cover and duration) for free. The change has to be done before your trip and it has to be within 6 months of your original departure date.
