For my age, my salary is way below the fresh grad salary, take home <3.5k. Should I quit after 2 years?

Are you a graduate yourself? Unfortunately some company pay according to education background, unless with direct experience.
You should have known the salary before accepting? Then why did you accept it then?
Agree with the rest, if you are unhappy & desire for higher pay, either outright speak to your current company or quickly find another job that meet your salary expectations. Don't need to wait. (For what?)

It’s frustrating to feel underpaid, especially with your experience. If your current company isn’t valuing you properly and there’s little room for growth, it might be worth exploring other options. Two years is good, so if you can find a better opportunity, why not? That said, make sure to weigh job stability, career growth, and benefits before making the leap. Wishing you the best!
