Current job is cimfortable, low stress but salary and staff welfare is pathetic. Please help me with my decision.

Just go for interviews & wait for offers! Low stress is not necessary healthy (a little challenge activates the mind) unless you have a mental issue to manage (not trying to be offensive, just factually).
Salary & staff welfare is more of lousy benefit package, how about the culture and colleague relationship?
