If young, maybe go for the 15% and better prospects. If old liao, I would stick with WFH.

WFH is not a right per se.
No company offers WFH as a committed rule.
If you have ever calculated how a company employs an employee, your take home pay is half the cost of employing a staff. The rest are your benefits including your office space.
So if you think that 15% is not enough, then you really shouldn't leave your current job. Most jobs will eventually return to WFO. And any salary includes your expenses to travel to work.
WFH arrangement is more like a BCP and keeping WFH is a test for BCP readiness (business continuity plan).
Some of us even travel overseas for work which most of us enjoy because of the people interaction.
