How would you invest your CPF?

I've seen a lot of different types of investments, some would use FSMone and others Endowus, which one would you pick if you had to? Which one would have the highest ROI (Hopefully using the correct term) and which one will incur the lowest fees?

A little context on my end. I have around 12k on my CPF, I'm reaching 20 this December and enlisting into the army this year.
