Generally, the better plan is the one that is able to give you more value for the dollar that you pay. On the whole, this could be in the form of tangible benefits or intangible benefits.
Example of tangible benefit: policy coverage, benefit limit
Example of intangible benefit: agent's services, ease of claim, turnover rate
Professionally, I represent my clients at AIA Singapore. And so my far both my clients and I are pretty comfortable with the terms and services rendered. In like manner, do your research and find the balance on where your dollar is worth the value.
I share quality content on estate planning and financial planning here.

Hey there!
You might want to consider which is the plan that best fits your need and budget. For example, AIG Sapphire offers complementary medicine while AIA Solitaire offers Chiropracter coverage. You might want to evaluate what are the benefits you think will suit you better in the event of accidental death or injuries.
