How to buy IPO shares (US/HK) in Singapore?

I'm interested in the JD Logistics IPO on HKEX but based on Tiger Brokers rule, seem to need at least $300,000/annual income or show that I have asset of $2million (of which at least $1mil in cash). Obviously i don't meet both criteria haha. Is there any other way to buy?

$300k income or $2mil asset is MAS conditions for AI. For non-AI, your minimum HK IPO subscription is S$200K.
