Investment newbie here-how do i buy an IPO share? Specifically looking at HKD Ant IPO. Help on the steps and what i need to do would be appreciated!?

Hi anon,

For POEMS, to buy ANT during IPO you need to have at least S$200K available (more like $285K really, after considering the lot sizes). You'll still be required to ballot and may not get alloted.

To participate, indicate your interest to your POEMS remisier who will then send you a form and instructions to complete it. Send the form back to them, send a hard copy to the head office, and deposit funds in your POEMS account. Then sit tight and hope that the odds are in your favour.
