How soon can I sell my stocks on FSMOne (CDP) assuming that I just purchased via DBS VIckers (CDP) today? Can I sell it immediately after I purchased even though the shares are still in transit?

Yes, I believe you can sell immediately, as you would have the shares to sell eventually.
