Hi everyone, my parents have just sold their HDB and is sitting on a large amount of cash. They are afraid of risk and are hesitant to invest the money. I barely managed to get them to invest in money market funds for the time being. For longevity, how should Seniors (>65 YO) invest and what should the approach be?

For now, can look at HSBC EGA - offering high interest rates for new fresh funds
OR consider T-bills, SSB - lower interest rates but longer tenure
