How should I pay my balance outstanding HDB loan?

Let's say I have a outstanding loan with HDB for about $70,000. I have the intention to pay about $30,000 for the loan by cash.

How should I do about this?

It's called "partial capital repayment".

One way to do it is to log into the HDB website, and go to My Flat > Purchased Flat > Financial Info > Other Related Services. And then arrange for a special Giro deduction on the 28th of the following month.
