Hello there! REIT+ dividends are typically paid out quarterly in January, April, July and October. These will be credited to our clients' bank accounts. This payout option is available for clients who are Black tier clients and above.

All clients can choose to have their dividends reinvested automatically as well. Hope this clarifies!

You can choose for dividends to be distributed or reinvested automatically. Do note that distribution is only applicable for Syfe Black and above (SGD 20k in Syfe and above).

The distributions are made quarterly (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct).
