How long did singles (35y/o & above) wait before getting non-matured estate 2 room BTOs/SBF?

Just curious and wondered if anyone tabulated the stats. (Do include year flat was obtained too, thanks).

Maybe till close to 40year old when they are more or less certain that they are going to be bachelor?
