How does buying HDB and BTO actually work?

I know that there are certain CPF grants but I don’t understand the process of BTO-ing, all the way until paying housing loan with CPF? Anyone with abit of free time to explain? Thanks a lot!

Not sure if you have gone through the information on the HDB website? There are sections that cover each of the stages. Pretty comprehensive information.
