How do you top up your USD cash account in FSMOne?

I’m new to investing and have started an RSP with FSMOne. I have chosen VOO, so I have to have a USD Cash Account, but am not sure how to do this 😰 I tried using bank transfers and even exchanged currencies with my bank account, but still can’t figure it out... I’m also worried about the fees that will be incurred, can anyone give tips?

I transfer in via SGD and convert in to USD in FSMone. Their currency conversion rate is quite good actually.

Usually for direct USD transfer into brokers, there might be additional fees.
