Hey Anon! I believe you have to have a margin account first before you can short it. After which, you simply buy the amount of stock at the price that you wish to purchase. Short it simply by selling it at the lower cost.

Please be aware that shorting of stocks is very dangerous. Do it only when you're comfortable with trading.
