How do I withdraw USD from FSMone account into DBS?

Hi, how do I withdraw my USD monies into DBS as USD without going through foreign exchange? I do not want to do foreign exchange to SGD in the brokerage before withdrawing to DBS. And would like to fund into my tiger account

I think you need to convert USD to SGD via FSMOne first before transferring out to DBS/POSB
