How do I reinvest dividends or know whether the stock have this option of choosing for DBS Vickers under CDP?

I recently started investing thru DBS vickers under CDP, bought eS3.SI.

This ETF (ES3) does not automatically reinvest the dividends. I don't think there's a way to reinvest the divdends aside from just including them in your next purchase of the ETF.

Can I still open a DBS Vickers account to invest in foreign stock exchange even though I do not have a CDP account open? Are there any things that I will need to show/ conditions that I will need to know before opening?

Would dividends from my stocks get credited into my CDP DCS bank account OR get credited back into my DBS Vickers Multi-Currency account?

If I have yet to link my cdp account to dbs vickers, can I still buy SGX stocks on dbs vickers?

Has anyone received their DBS dividend? Used cash upfront option with Vickers but have yet to receive the dividend in my bank account?

How soon can I sell my stocks on FSMOne (CDP) assuming that I just purchased via DBS VIckers (CDP) today? Can I sell it immediately after I purchased even though the shares are still in transit?
