How can I use Revolut/Transferwise to fund a Standard Chartered trading account (eg. SGD to USD)?

Hi there, can I know how do you use Revolut/transferwise to fund a USD Stanchart Trading account and if it can be use to change USD back to SGD?

I just called the hotline and asked if the Securities Settlement account can be credited from an external account. And the person said no. Only between SC internal accounts.
